The Five Elements Theory

The five elements are metal (金), wood (木), water (水), fire (火), and earth (土). Chinese people use this five elements theory for a lot of things, from the interaction between internal organs to politics, Chinese medicine or even cuisine.

Yin & Yang, it's about trying to find the perfect balance between the five elements. There are two main relationships between these five elements, one is called “mutual generation (相生)” and the other one is called “mutual overcoming (相剋).”

Jamaican Lobster

The purpose of this video is to promote this special dinner on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This event is for all guests, being part of their Gourmet Inclusive Experience. Fresh lobster from the shores of Negril, stocked by local fishermen and still alive, served that same night and accompanied by shrimp, mussels and beef fillet to your liking.

The lobsters that we receive are very peculiar spiny lobsters due to their thick antennae and their brindle color. It should be said that we always respect the lobster ban, which is between March 1st and June 30th.

Our costumers can't wait to enjoy this special dinner, we have a great feedback that helps improve our Gourmet Inclusive Experience. Simple to prepare and satisfaction guarantee
